UPDATE: I have to give a shout out to 1 specific cashier who is always friendly/helpful with everyone. I still havent gotten her name, but sometimes she has funky hair colours. I hope she is recognized for her customer service.

Last.. ALL SALES FROM DEC.19TH TO NEW YEAR ARE FINAL SALE.
I just watched a couple try to bully a return cashier to get a price adjustment, even though there is a sign right infront of their faces. They said "That's just wording, it means nothing" LOL
Word of advice, if you are going to try to convince someone to bend the rules for you, don't be a jerk. AND If you want that price adjustment even after u know u cant, u better work for it. Return it & then go buy it again. It sucks but thats not on the staff. Act your age people.
April 2022 Still a great location. Things are selling out fast and restock takes longer than pre-covid. Just know that it is happening to retailers all over the world (don't take the lack of stock, out on a team of employees who do not have control of it)
Oct.2021 Staff have built a very scary, fun & safe indoor haunted house. It's worth bringing the kids by to get a little scare (maybe 9 yrs old and up LOL)

Update Definitely upped their game during the pandemic. Witnessed a few eediots not listening to staff who tried to alert non-maskers. Things have changed since then. Most are wearing masks without issues now. In store pick up is great (left side of front entrance) Automotive entrance is closed now (good call) automotive staff right now have been the best I've experienced in 10yrs here. Shout out to a shorter female (reddish/blonde hair) & a male (Hispanic?) Who helped me out a lot with touch up paint. Appreciate it. don't get too much help on the sales floor but staff are willing to help once you ask. garden & sporting goods staff have also been great help.
2018 This is not only the closest location to me, but my preferred location. Considering the retail business they're in, customer service isn't always top notch, but they've definitely beat the competition close by (Walmart) Selection is good, prices are comparable & staff are decently helpful when asked.
Automotive dept. is tricky because I've had some bad experiences, but, if u r patient & have the time to talk to the right ppl, they will make up for their mistakes (1) telling me my winter/summer tires were switched, BUT not actually switching them (2) installing break pads flipped/inside out, causing metal noises like loose movement when I hit bumps. I always change for my car sentetic oil, so I went couples month a go and as always waiting 3 or 4 hours just for oil change. That's not mad on me the problem is the mechanic are not doing their job properly. After they handed my car my dashboard shows me my oil change life is 2% remaining, I went back after 3 days just to complain for next time improvement otherwise I can do it by my self too. The receptionist, she said she priint the paper and she said sign here ., why I'm sign in she said your car will be in and they will do oil change for you with my warranty..lol, she wasn't able to hear my request, I just need one mechanic to reset the dahs. Then came one young guy and represent him self as Manger and went out he checked the oil then the oil is changed but the mechanic forgot to reset the dash and windshield sticker, then he put it and l left, but I asked him please says the mechanic more careful. Yesterday I call to book an appointment because last time also I called and they told me you don't need any appointment come through we are not busy! I said him please can I give you atlist my vehicle Information, it because I don't waste my time like last time ...he said no no. Finally I asked his name ,because I knew it'll happen He said William. I went ther around 13:52 and I ask his name ,if his William, he said no I'm not . I asked him I'm here to change my oil change, he said there are two persons infront of me, I said okay, because he confirmed are they just for oil change. Went out shopping around one hour passed my car still out side then called after one and half hour ,he ask me again my information š š then he said my car will be in the next 10 minutes. After three and half hours my car is ready said the person who took my key his name is Dominic, I was very frustrated and I said him, I would like to meet the mechanic and we went out then we mate the mechanics at parking. I asked the mechanic did you reset on the dash he said wow sorry š let me check and he reset infront of me. As oil change requests the supposed to do inspect and visual . Then I back to Dominic and I asked him if I can rich garage Manger. He answered me we don't have a manager!!! Now big question for me is , I'm not even sure ,did they change my oil or not because when I get home ,I check also the receipt, it doesn't much at all with my previous no inspection sheet attached š attached on it, so it's very scare for me went back that garage unless I approached the real manager...the front resption are so young and ..are not really Profesional!! I saw so many people ie staff just waking around with nothing to do...how about tending to those plants???!!! How about giving the half dead plants for a $1 so that if there is a chance for them to be salvaged that it be done. It broke my heart to see those plants dying in the store.

I'm sorry to say that I had to lower from 5 stars to 2 stars.
The reason is my mother, who is elderly and went into your store this afternoon looking for cat litter which she saw online you had at least 30 boxes worth.
When she finally arrived to the store it looked like A-war has gone off.
Boxes everywhere and no one around to assist. She managed to get to the pet section and saw 3 youngsters chatting and enjoying themselves.
She called out to them wave her arms apparently One of them a girl looked at my mother and they looked away and kept on having her conversation with the other 2 boys.
A kind gentleman that was watching what was going on actually went in front of those kids and told them that the lady is waiting for assistance.
At that point someone finally decided to go check what my mom actually needed.
This is disgraceful behavior by those millennials that you have employed in your store. I cannot understand why they are there if they do not wish to work and only wish to have a conversation amongst themselves.
I would advise that you keep your eye closed on your employees to make sure they actually do their job for which you pay them. I cannot believe this disrespectful attitude towards customers and especially the elderly.
