The Ezone — Attraction in Toronto

eZone's Stephen is AMAZING ♥ He helped me plan a fantastic birthday party. He was organized, sane, polite and willing to share helpful information. What a delight it was dealing with him. He answered my emails outside of regular office hours on his Blackberry. It made planning this party a real breeze and I really appreciate him. Also, eZone is a great place you will love, 100% guaranteed. Bring a sweater in the winter if you're standing around as it might be cool, it's a big building. Also must sing praises of Walter, the kid wranger. He was so good with the kids, laid back but a booming voice when necessary :) If you order the ice cream sundae bar, pls note you will be scooping the ice cream into bowls yourself so bring your own ice cream scoop as they give you this horrible spoon that is impossible to use quickly. Also, ask for the ice cream to come out the same time as your food as the ice cream came to me rock hard and it's too hard to scoop. It needs ten minutes softening time. And bring your own juice boxes; ezone lets you do that and I find it's quicker to serve juice boxes instead of trying to pour out drinks for 12 kids roving like a pack of dogs who all want a drink at the same time. I had 12 kids and 3 pizzas with 12 slices each and I found these 11 year olds could have used one more pizza box, so think 3 slices each and not the 2 they recommend. It was dinner time and the kids were hungry after two energetic activities. ♥♥♥Please accept my apologies regarding the sundae bar. You should not have had to scoop your own ice cream. That is a service that is supposed to be performed by one of our staff members. With respect to the pizza, we have had many parents over the years who claimed 2 slices was too much, so imagine if we always recommended 3. It is not easy for us to know exactly how much each child would eat but we have found that 2 slices is appropriate for the vast...
