You clearly did not read my review.
We did not finish our meals. We were not rude to anyone in your establishment.
I don’t know how you can accuse me of bad behaviour as you were not even on site when this happened. We were discreet and polite when dealing with the servers.
When browsing the reviews of your restaurant, I see that I am not the only one who has had hair in their food.
Instead of attacking your customers, you should consider accepting feedback and making the necessary changes to provide hair-free plates of food.
So, instead of ripping me apart, how about you provide your kitchen staff with some hairnets or whatever. 🙄
And perhaps you can pick up yourself a new attitude!
Original Review:
We have been here three times in the last few months… The last two times there was hair in our food.
The first time it happened I found a small black hair in my home fries. I was done my breakfast at that point and although grossed out, I didn’t say anything.
The second time it happened there was a short black hair on my plate under my BLT. I said something and they switched it for me. My food was then “ok” but a minute or two later my husband found a short black hair in his eggs benny. Two hairs during the same meal????
The hairs we found were the same all three times: short and black.
Anyway, we will not be visiting again that is for sure. Clearly there is something wrong as this is a pattern and not a one off.
And yes, I know a hair in someone’s food can happen — but not three times in two visits.
Sorry, I wish I could leave a better review. The staff here is kind and friendly.. But I question the cleanliness...
Read moreHad breakfast here the other day with my mother. Found it on Google maps as our usual locale was closed on Monday and so we decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews.
We were warmly greeted and got a nice booth after a short wait while they cleaned it. It’s cozy and comfortable, yet spacious at the same time. Our server was very efficient and friendly.
I ordered a skillet with scrambled eggs (my choice) bacon, veggies, and cheese served on bed of well cooked and seasoned potatoes and served with choice of toast. It was absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked and great to the last bite. And a very generous serving. My mother just had eggs and bacon, with toast and home fries. She enjoyed her meal as well but thought mine was better after tasting it.
I deducted one star because I thought the coffee was a bit weak, as I prefer a much stronger blend myself. And the prices are a bit high. I understand costs have gone up the last few months, especially for food items due to shortages and increased cost in transportation. Naturally businesses have to pass some of those increases on to consumers. I just thought it was still a bit on the pricey side particularly for the bacon and eggs meal. But I would still recommend this restaurant and possibly return. The skillet...
