STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Avoid this place at all costs. You will be scammed coming here. The owner sells you used products, but advertises them as new but missing components (box, maybe a remote, a hose for the ac) etc.

When the product fails at home and you call or return back, he tells you there are no refunds, even though it's not listed anywhere in the store.

He asks for e-transfers at payment because you can't charge them back.

Misrepresentation & “unsolicited” goods under Ontario law grants consumers the right to demand a refund and receive it back within 15-days. Please know your rights if you absolutely have to buy from this place, but I strongly recommend you don't. It is not listed that these are used and that is your recourse to get your refund.

My best advice, STAY AWAY...

Pretty nice store with good deals here and there. It's like a treasure hunt too as you can find old relics here and there. Problem is it's a mess and the owner won't let you check out or even buy just anything. There are glass cabinets filled with video games that he claims don't work so he won't let you see...
