PRUDU IS NOT A LEGITIMATE GOOD MANAGER AS HE REFUSED TO HELP SOLVE THE ISSUE AS A MANAGER HES SAYING HE CANT DO ANYTHING!

Firstly I don't know who's giving this place 5 stars reviews, they have to bought or fake.because the customer service,the manger are all disgustingly terrible. I came in to purchase a bed and was told one price and without my full consent they charged my card.now that I'm trying to get a refund they do not want to give me my money back.the manger told me he can't do the refund. They wanted to give me cash or a cheque to not lose the sale. I told them I don't care about the sale because I was not told about these extra fees I just want my refund.they told me they couldn't do it to call my credit card company.as I called my company.they told me. Go back to the store they have to do it from there.upon my recent return the manager proceeds to tell me again about not losing the sale.that they didn't want to give the refund not to lose the sale. And told me that he was too busy and hung up the phone. As I'm trying to dispute thisPrudu refused to speak to the card company so that they could just do the return. I'm just glad that the card company heard them refusing as well.because these are a bunch of Con people telling me come back this day and that day and next week. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ANY BRANCH OF THIS FURNITURE STORE THEY WILL SCAM U! JUST TO GET A SALE AND THEN REFUSE TO GIVE U BACK UR MONEY DONT GET FOOLED BY THESE FAKE REVIEWS. NEVER SHOP HERE!! Abdul the owner is a PATHELOGICAL LIAR!! I purchased a $1200 bed set from him and within 3 months the wood on the bed is broken I was even nice enough to go back and get a custom couch made from him which he charged me $300 more than the other estimates I got for the same couch from other businesses and when I asked to cancel my order he said he would have to take 30% of my $900 even though I wanted to cancel my order less then 24 hours later!! so I was pretty much stuck with him ! He said since I was ordering the couch he would give me the piece of wood for free ! Delivery date was supposed to be 29 July The couch never arrived no one called to say it wasn't coming and he was on the trip in Europe so nice that was supposed to be a Friday the coach didn't end up arriving until Wednesday as I spoke with him and he told me it would be there for sure hundred percent on the Tuesday in between six and nine I stayed at home all day no one called no one showed up nothing I went there in person and he acted oblivious to the entire situation finally the couch Arrives but no wood for the bed he lies and lies blaming everyone else when its his fault he forgot to order it TWICE! I will mever returnn to this store he is a money money...

Trust all the other bad reviews and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They have terrible delivery and customer service. I ordered a bunch of different things and they all came at different times (not scheduled), because they brought the wrong products! When I called about the wrong products, they literally took more than a month to deliver the correct items. When I say they still got one of the orders wrong the second attempt, I am not kidding. I had to call these guys every day just to remind them and pressure them into delivering my items. Every single time I called the guy wasn't sure when my items would be coming in and would tell me to call back. Every. single. time. for a whole month. They were not even apologetic about it at all. They said that that's just how their business works. On their own needs and schedules, not the customers. They also didn't wear masks or gloves.

Also many of the items that I did manage to get from them came slightly damaged (scrapes, scratches, etc) and the quality of the materials is VERY cheap. You might as well buy from a bigger brand like Ikea, because not only is it basically the same price, some things are cheaper and the customer service is better...
