I recently purchased a new sofa for my living room and I am absolutely in love with it! It is the perfect addition to my home and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

We recently visited this store (one of many other furniture stores) when we were looking to purchase a pop up sofa bed with a lounge this store did not have one in stock for us to test it out. After visiting several other stores, we found one that Wal-Mart carried but did not have it in stock either. So we went back to Samir at Elements, and he contacted the distributor so we could go look at the sofa bed. Since the distributor did not have it set up for us to sit on it. We decided to commit to purchasing it anyway as we liked the material. Went back to Elements, and Samir ordered it for us. We were pleased with the service and pricing he offered us.

Since it came in 3 boxes, we were able to pick it up ourselves and install it too. ( Elements do offer delivery and install for a fee) Now, as for the pop-up sofa itself. We should have insisted on seeing it set up as, as a bed, it does not lie flat, and it leaves a seam. One has to use a mattress cushion or a duvet to make the surface "sleepable." My partner and I had spent afew days searching for a sectional sofa, and were feeling very defeated when we walked into Elements. They were about to close for the day, but stayed beyond and were very helpful, they didn’t rush us as we tried out the sofa’s and found one that we really liked! We were surprised at finally finding a great sofa, for a good price, due to having looked in so many places prior. They were knowledgable in helping us customize the sofa to our liking. The sofa arrived quicker than we expected and looked fabulous. After a week we decided we wanted a small cosmetic modification, and they were happy to come to our place to make this update. We have now had the sofa for almost 2 months and are absolutely loving it! It is exactly what we were hoping for – stylish and comfortable. It also has a warranty, which is something other places we had looked at before were lacking... We highly recommend Elements...
