Myself and my husband highly recommend Hailey Reid Real Estate for your next planned move. Hailey worked closely with us as we planned our transatlantic move to Toronto. She was incredibly flexible and worked with us to see many apartments during the weekend we could fly in to view homes. She took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for in a home and made excellent suggestions for apartments and areas that we should be considering within our search. We felt Hailey really understood our personal tastes and she tailored her suggestions and the information she provided us with to suit our needs. She added pertinent information about neighborhoods, certain condo buildings and other key infrastructure and local areas that we might be interested in knowing about. Our move took place over the Christmas holidays and despite this, Hailey was constantly available via email if we needed help or advice during the move. She really went above and beyond in ensuring that we were settled into the new home and acted as an excellent liaison between ourselves and the letting broker to resolve any issues that arose during the move. We will certainly employ Hailey again in our next move. She is professional, efficient and really helped to put our minds at ease during what was a very large and potentially stressful international move.

Our family was moving from San Francisco to Toronto and needed a place to live. Our interim housing was with family members, so we had a roof over our heads but were in a hurry to get settled. That being said, we didn't want to jump into the first property that checked some of our boxes either. We knew we needed a good agent and interviewed a few that we found online. Rebecca was candid, pleasant and incredibly responsive - we went with her.

Picking Rebecca turned out to be a stellar choice. Throughout the (somewhat lengthy) process of finding our home, she continued to be very attentive and responsive to our inquiries; was incredibly patient while we hemmed and hawed over where in the city we wanted to live and made sure that we didn't make any choices we would regret. At one point, we went to see a listing with a deposit cheque in hand, ready to make an offer. We were getting desperate to get our own place, and this house satisfied our basic requirements. Rebecca was great about encouraging us to be patient at a time where many agents would have been happy to close a deal. We took her advice and held off, and not too long after that, she wound up helping us get a home that is way better than what we thought we could have!
