I rode my bike to this location andI had gotten there 20 minutes before closing on a Monday, and there was no line-up. The cashier was friendly and efficient, and even put a smile on my face for complimenting my necklaces. Always like leaving an establishment happier than I entered (purchases aside). Unfortunately however, I think the manager working there has some kind of personality disorder. Which is why I took 2 stars off. Let me explain. After I left, I quickly popped in to make some other quick purchase at shoppers drug mart. When I returned to my bike, I realized that my $300 speaker was missing. Now, me with having a severe ADHD disorder, and just a small case of autism, I often misplace and lose things. "Did I leave it in the LCBO?" I thought. Then immediately looking over to the doors, I see a short, bald man with glasses just closing up as I walk towards him. Another patron tries entering at the same time and with a dead face he says "No. Closed", and makes an X with his hands. The patron, disappointed and turns around. I, however stop right in front of the doors as he's about to close them, and I say "wait! No... I". "CLOSED". I'm like "I know! I just, did you find a speaker? I think I JUST left my speaker in there!". He then proceeds to shrug, and turn his head and says "NO! CLOSED!". Now.. luckily I remembered that I actually placed it down momentarily in the plaza next to a pole while I packed my backpack and was able to quickly recover it. But that dude left a serious bad taste in my mouth. He literally looked like my old boss at Taco Bell. Bro prolly doesn't even know what empathy is anymore. Napoleon...

She packed several bottles in separate paper bags within a larger paper bag, and this is an essential skill that most cashiers at Western supermarkets are generally no longer trained to be proficient in. Doing so prevents glass bottle breakage during transit. I was pleased with my first visit to this location. I will return in the future. The parking lot is the worst in the city though. A real pain to maneuver within. Whomever designed the parking lot should be expelled from the profession. The location is still quite pleasant in spite of the horrible parking lot...
Read moreI had the most funniest and helpful experience yet out of all my LCBO trips.
I came in stressed out looking for my tequila and got what I needed for my buddies birthday. While I was on the phone talking to my buddy about what else to get for the party, a worker named Britney over heard me and asked if I needed help. She was the most fun, kind and helpful person that I needed that day.
When I’m telling you she introduced us to a new way of life of being an alcoholic (I’m joking), she knew exactly what we needed that night and recommended me the best bottles I’ve never even tried before. She deserves a promotion and a raise!!
Friendly, professional, energetic and...
