I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Tech Source Gerrard thanks to Arun! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on finding the right solution for me. I ended up purchasing a top-quality laptop at a very competitive price — honestly, better than anything I’d seen elsewhere. Arun made the process smooth and stress-free, and his professionalism and customer service were second to none. If you're looking for unbeatable value and exceptional service, I highly recommend asking for Arun. He truly delivers the best customer experience.

Bought a Thunderbolt 3 dock from this store, they said on Facebook marketplace that the item condition is New (shown on the pic), when I came to the store, they questioned me why do I think I can get a $200 thing with $100, but it is exactly what they wrote on Facebook. Also they didn’t give me the Thunderbolt 3 cable (they were trying to sell me an usb-c cable with additional cost and I refused) I end up buying a Thunderbolt 3 cable on my own with extra $40. The charger they gave me was a 90W but not 135W, which I cannot charge my laptop sufficiently

A MacBook was delivered to this seller by mistake. The seller received the laptop and a component, but they were only supposed to receive one item. I returned to retrieve the laptop, and the staff took care of it, returning it safely and refunding the accessory on the spot without any issues. I only gave 4 stars because this was my first visit and it was brief. I believe a business relationship is needed to warrant a 5-star review, but a 4-star rating from me still reflects a genuinely good experience.

Tech Source doesn't even deserve a one star review. My experience with the store was horrible. The employee that I dealt with was rude and talked to me like I was ignorant. Long story short, I bought a MXQ-4K android box for 20 bucks less than what the box was supposedly worth. I thought hey why not get the item for a discount. (Just to find out the box is actually worth $30 online, I paid $50...Tech Source was selling the item for $70.) Anyway the price wasn't even an issue for me at the time. The problem was that they sold me an open boxed item. I should of saw the red flag when the employee noticed the remote missing from the android box and replaced it with a remote from another box. This also wasn't a huge concern from me at the moment. The following day when I went home, I hooked up the android box and realised that the box was previously set up. I know this because Kodi was downloaded with a build onto it. Honestly at this point I should of just returned the item to the store and complained about the open boxed item right then and there...but as stubborn as I was, I continued using the box and it lasted about 2 months. Then boom, randomly stopped working all of a sudden. The box is currently stuck in recovery mode. I did some research and realised that the android box sold to me was missing the original firmware and had an upgraded firmware downloaded onto the box which eventually became corrupted. I'm basically stuck with a bricked box. (Non-working). I took the android box in and explained my issue to the employee that sold the item to me. He denied selling me an open boxed item and wasn't listening to a word that I was saying. He tried to belittle me and talk to me like I was uneducated. Though most of my knowledge is self taught, I definitely know a lot about electronics and knew that I was being ripped off. This situation wouldn't of happened if the android box was brand new. The employee told me that the item only had a 30 day warranty and that there wasn't anything that he could do. He insisted that the technician could try to fix the android box for a charge. I received a phone call from the technician saying that he doesn't know for sure if the box could be fixed and would call me back to let me know...of course I haven't heard back from them and guessing that I won't be receiving the box back. So I'm left with -$50 in my pocket and nothing to show for it. They could of easily exchanged the android box for a new working box but didn't want to let down their ego and admit that they were wrong! I left an email on their website and someone replied saying that they will call the store and work something out. Yet again, I haven't heard back anything. I highly refuse recommending Tech source and will leave a warning about open boxed items! An...

The biggest scammers… I called them and let them know I had a brand new LG PC monitor (I just bought it a month ago) & a friend gave me a new gaming monitor so I didn’t need this one he told me to bring it in and he would take a look at it. When I came in, the guy at the counter immediately was giving me a suspicious look after I told him nothing is wrong with it I just got a new one and didn’t need this one. I told him he could literally plug it in to look and see it’s fine. after he plugged it in he tried to claim he saw ā€œshadingā€ in one area. The monitor is brand new so how would their randomly be shading? šŸ˜‚ I’ve never dropped it, spilt anything, etc. he was clearly trying to find something wrong with it because there was clearly nothing in that area. He also kept tapping his fingers on the screen. After that he calls over his manager and they asked me how much I’m looking for. I bought the monitor for $100 so I told them $100 and this guy laughed then said $20… I thought it was a joke at first… $20 for a brand new monitor..? The guy that was originally looking at it says ā€œWe have so many monitors we don’t need any and this one doesn’t turnā€ If you had so many monitors why didn’t you just tell me that on the phone when I called before letting you know I had a PC monitor…? They made me waste my time coming all the way there. Also the monitor wasn’t a turning monitor so I’m so confused why that was a problem. They clearly just didn’t want to give me money and the fact they kept trying to find something wrong was insane to me. He even turned it on and connected his computer to the HDMI cord and saw nothing wrong with it. Do not come to this store they will not give you a good price for whatever you wanna sell. I already have someone on Facebook market willing to buy it for $120. Don’t waste your time...

They may have bunches of electronic stuffs, found the price to be expensive and is not long lasting.. There are always new people working there you don't see a person who sold you the phone next time you come back. Except the owner himself which is really not helpful.

I bought a phone from them after a month the phone OS had updated and stopped working. I took it back, they told me not to update it ever. I asked why because it's a US phone and only works for US carriers. And they said they will downgrade it, but asked me 40 dollars to pay.

They never told me this issue when they sold it to me but I told them about it. They asked who sold it and I tell them the person. Then they said he went back to India. (I dont understand what it has to do with the person who sold it for me if the owner is responsible to take this kind of issue).

I paid 40 dollars to have it working and right after I went out from the store it started downloading the OS updating automatically.

They said to pause it and never press download/install the update. After another month my 4 year old cousin was playing games on it and he had pressed on the download cuz the button is always on the top screen and never disappear. It downloaded and updated back to where it was.

It wasn't working, I went back to them I told them what happened. They asked for another 40 dollars to have it fixed.

I was very disappointed and mad about them handling a business. They can't sell a phone which doesn't work in Canada and whenever you ask them this issue instead of taking care of it they would want to rip you off 40 bucks.

They are horrible and dishonors. NEVER buy a...
