Had lunch here for the first time today and am mad at myself for not trying it sooner. This is my new favourite Mexican restaurant in Toronto and I can’t wait to come back. We ordered the quesa birria and fish tacos and both were incredible. The fish was fried beautifully, not greasy at all as it is in other taco spots. The enchiladas are comparatively lighter tasting, yet still pack a ton of flavour. The baked corn tortillas' natural aroma are more prominent here, hydrating in a pool of green salsa. It's stuffed with a perfectly salted dose of shredded chicken, and topped with a tangy heaping of fresh cheese and cream that delivers a rich...
