I made an online purchase on Feb 2. It was my first time ordering from them and was pleasantly surprised when I saw a short personalized thank you note with my delivery! :) Thanks Caroline and your team! The extra effort was definitely noticed!

Delivery was fast (came the next day) and well packaged! Their catalogue was pretty big and the prices were fair and reasonable!

Shipping was $35 flat rate but pick ups are free. They also appear to do free delivery if you’re really close by.

Also, I didn’t realize they’re associated with Looking Glass Adventures! I’ve done an escape room there and loved it!

I hope to order more in the future and possibly visit the store in-person!

I just learned of this shop half an hour ago. I was desperately searching for a card game and they had it. Ordered online and literally 3 minutes later I received an email saying my order was ready! I got there just as they were closing (I didn’t know their hours) but the woman (I believe her name is Carolyn) was super friendly when I walked in and didn’t mention she was closing until I asked. She could have easily not let me in the shop but instead she welcomed me. I’ll be back to check out what other games they have.
