Bravo Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

The worst service and the worst pizza. I called to order for a group of people. Spoke with an adult male, maybe it was the owner. When I asked for a large Canadian, they replied 'I don't know what that is' and then when I said, what do you recommend for a crowd, they said, 'I don't know, what don't you ask them and call back?". After the sassy conversation, I was at least expecting decent pizza but it was just as bad as the service. 0 stars. It was like they were actively trying to make everything as bad as possible. Disgruntled employee? Surly employee? Who knows. Avoid....

I ordered the pizza through Uber eats and the driver showed up with a pizza bag that could barely cover half of the box. I have two issues with bravo pizza, if you respect your business then why would you allow an Uber driver to take your pizza knowing full well That I was going to get a cold pizza? Second issue is that the pizza was not cut properly and I had to pull it apart in order for the slices to separate themselves, if you take pride in your business your business will thrive but if you don't take pride in your business, Then you...

Worst customer service ever. Stopped in after a date and asked the guy at the counter (older man, 50s-60s) what their most popular pizza was. He just kept saying, "Well, that depends." Asked his favorite—same vague response.

Tried asking about their hats, and instead of answering, he went on a five-minute rant about selling weed or cigars. Completely unprofessional. We walked out and won’t be back. Plenty of better pizza spots out there.

Tried the pizza a week later, tasted like reheated freezer food, the store itself...
