We would like to thank Yaarl Cake House for making the perfect and ever-delicious cake for our daughter's 18th birthday. This is the second time we ordered a custom-designed cake for our daughter, the first one was for her 16th and both times they made the best-tasting and grandeur-looking cake ever. Yaarl Cake house has the most customer-oriented and friendly employees that cater to one's needs and in the best manner possible. They are humble, easy to talk to and extremely friendly. Their butter cakes and vegan date cakes are to die for - absolutely soft, moist, tasty and one-of-a-kind. Thank you Yaarl for your services thus far. Can't wait to order our next cake with you soon.

Yarl Cake House in Markham is my go to spot for butter cake. Their butter cake is deliciously moist, and they use an essence possibly pineapple that adds a unique and delightful flavor, making it truly memorable. If you’re looking for a great butter cake, this is definitely the place to try.

However, while the cakes are fantastic, the customer service could use some improvement. The store is often quite busy, and unfortunately, this sometimes affects how well they handle customers. The staff could work on being a bit more attentive and approachable. Additionally, the store itself could benefit from a little more organization and a cleaner, more presentable setup.

Bad Service, Overpriced. I ordered a cake 2 weeks ago and they do it the day of. This comes to show how unprofessional they are. They do it last minute. The cake was hard inside not baked properly. We went there the day the cake was suppose to be ready but they said we didn't order and then they got our order wrong. We had to wait 6 more hours for them to redo it! They overprice everything like for a small cake that's 100$ there you can get a professional good cake made by other people only for 120$ It isn't worth it, if you plan on getting your cake here you need to reevaluate if you really want it.
