Worst Punjabi food ever had . We ordered 1)tandoori brocolli (broccoli didnot grilled at all, it was completely raw), 2)Dal tadka(it’s not at all dal tadka, I wish the see how dal tadka is made in other restaurants. It was all sweet in taste) 3) kadai paneer(they can call it onion tomato curry instead of kadai paneer) 4)chicken 65(it’s more of onions and tomatoes gravy than chicken pieces and what ever chicken pieces given they were not cooked properly) 5) veg biryani(rice is not cooked properly and it’s so sweet in taste) 6) zeerA rice (rice was not cooked properly) 7) garlic naans(naan was not cooked properly, so hard to eat)
We tried brocolli pakoda with them last week and it was good, so we placed big order yesterday and it was completely disappointing and none of us were able to eat the food , we had to throw most of the food in waste because of awful taste. One more important thing, when I went to pick up my food, I think owner Or chef and his Friends may be , they are drinking by sitting one the first table INfront of cashier desk(it’s their hotel their wish, they can do what ever they want) I was not able to open their door due to wind, there are 4-5 people inside the hotel next to door, being a customer who came to pick up the food, I expect them to show some respect to customer and open the door atleast (when it’s windy outside and customer is not able to pull the door), Instead of opening the door, one of the guy was showing signs with his hand, let me go let them stand out(I was totally disappointed with the food and the kind of attitude they showed toward me when I first entered their store to pick up my food)
Has lots of hope on them after trying their brocolli pakoda last week, after yesterday’s night awful food , decided not to visit their restaurant again. To be fair their food should get 0 stars.
Hope they correct their attitude towards customers and try to make their food as per customer comments when they...
Read moreAbsolutely hopeless place with disgusting service. We had to wait 20min before a glass of water was served to us and then another 20 min for food to be served. Only one server Himal was serving that day to all the guests. We had another couple with a young child seated across us and they were complaining about the spice level of the food inspite of ordering "mild" level of spiciness. My sons had ordered Butter chicken and Chicken Korma with butter Naan. Both the curries tasted same . When I asked the server what was the difference he pointed that korma had white chicken while butter chicken had tandoori chicken. Wow!!! But the Korma was the first of the kind that I ever ate at an Indian place in my 19 years of living in Toronto.Definitely the cook needs to refresh his cooking skills. You cannot fool us Indians but can fool guests of other cultures by serving spicy Butter chicken and Korma tasting as Chicken tikka masala minus the veggies.
Secondly, the server is probably underpaid as he was not dressed appropriately and looked like had just woken up and come to the restaurant. His hair was shabby , had not shaved his beard , shirt and pants both black in color was stained with food and shirt not tucked inside his pants. When I asked him why he was alone server he replied that the owner Jay Paul does not hire more servers and prefers to have only one on duty to save cost. I would say both quality and quantity was very poor. We have had better Indian food at other places. I will definitely not recommend this place. The owner needs to work on improving the quality of service and have more...
Read moreI have been charged for 15% gratuity on total bill. We visited India 360 on 14th July 2018. We were 9 people and table number is 14. I realised the gratuity charge when I checked the bill at home so I called restaurant immediately. The lady on phone replied that its mention on our menu about gratuity charge. Firstly, this is not a way to collect money. You should have informed us about your so called gratuity charge at the time of sitting arrangement. So we could arrange us in 5 plus 4 people to avoid this charge. Secondly, you can not make gratuity compulsory without informing customers. Thirdly, menu is for food items and allergen alerts only. Nobody will look anything except food items or cuisine lists on menu. If you write at the bottom in extra small alphabets like “ you have to gift your car if you are seven or more persons at restaurant” then??? Should I give my car to you??? Please think. I will neither visit nor recommend ur restaurant to anybody.
Last words: Improve your customer handling skills. I asked for salt on table which was not present. I asked for 3 times and still I had not been given salt by any of your employees. One of my friend took salt from other table which is really frustrating. I ordered kulfy at last which took almost 20 minutes to come. You can ask any of your employees about it. I will produce my bills if you want for proof. Kindly return me that so called gratuity charge which is not mandatory by...
