Zumel & Co. — Local services in Toronto

I have to be really honest and say that over the past couple years I have lost a bit of confidence in my appearance and shopping had become a real chore. Going to Zumel & Co. has really got me feeling good about myself! The staff were phenomenal, the clothes were gorgeous and I left feeling better about what I bought and how I looked in it than I have in anything I purchased since my wedding gown. Through out my visit the staff pulled tons of options for me, tailored every option based on the little details I gave them about my likes and dislikes, accessorized and helped me build outfits for an event I was going to. I ended up leaving with more than I expected but nowhere near as much as I wanted! I would have bought the whole store if I could. I never once felt judged or concerned when something didn't fit, I felt heard by the staff and like their only goal was to make customers feel great. Thank you so much guys! My summer wardrobe needs a revamp so you'd better expect to see me again next week! So much love and thanks from this...

Not sure why there are spam and fake reviewers here that gave Zumel & Co bad reviews, but you can tell they’re fake because some of them don’t even leave comments and others don’t even look like legit accounts. The fact that a HUGE majority of reviewers ABSOLUTELY LOVE (5 stars!) this store speaks volumes about the amazing customer service and fantastic quality of clothes. I’ve been a customer for years and the best thing about the clothes is that they stand the test of time, whether in trendiness or in washing-machine loads. For real— most of my Zumel purchases are machine-washable and low maintenance, no matter how delicately pretty they look (MAJOR bonus points for little lazy me!) :)

So for those reading the 1-star (fake) reviews, don’t get swayed by these at all. The store is definitely worth a visit. You’ll find that the staff is as attentive and caring to all shoppers... just like they are concerned about and willing to resolve the issues of the (questionable) negative reviewers here....

It was a perfect summer day. I was walking home from a relaxing spa morning I had. I spotted a beautiful blue dress (perfect to wear to a wedding which I had in 2 weeks). I walked in, and I don't think I even said hello. I said "I need to try that blue dress on." The stylish worker there immediately got the dress for me. She introduced herself as Lisa and I introduced myself to her as well. Let's say I walked out that day in another outfit (beige and black dress) and I also purchased the blue dress. That day was a beautiful day to start a new friendship with Zumel & co.

Every now and then I stop in to look at new things there. I love the fact that their stylists aren't pushy. I've been obsessing over their plaid shirt dress. I might stop by tomorrow to check it out :).
