Let me start with saying that I will follow Kim wherever she leaves to. I go to facials at different cities and countires looking for the best service, treatment, and results. I have to say, I keep going back to Kim. She takes her time with you as if the session won't end, every stroke of her touch is intentional and meaningful. I hate massages usually, but Kim's massages that she incorporates during facials are out of this world. With all of the professional knowledge and help that Kim combines with her exceptional services, her treatments bring RESULTS. Kim is the best because she really took her time in each session, explained the procedure, & made sure I'm always comfortable. She also has the gentlest hands! Kleanse Spa was easily the highlight of our day-trip to Vancouver. We booked two Bespoke Kleanse Facials (for new clients).

This was my first facial. My esthetician was so welcoming and thoughtful, she even hand wrote all of the skincare recommendations we discussed and handed it to me afterwards. She also gave us solid dinner recommendations (Sura was SO GOOD). My friend, who is much more skincare-savvy than me (and has had hundred of facials) told me that this was the BEST facial she's ever had.
