I wish I could give them zero stars for my unpleasant experience with their poor services from the first open house to the end and closing date. As a sample, Gisele Wong, the seller agent, expressed many times that there were more offers with higher prices than ours. After the beading process, when we won, she changed her behavior and didn't even bother herself to be present at the possession date and left a key in the backyard and faced us with a big disaster and an unclean place like an animal house. In that situation, I couldn't believe her and asked her manager, Mr. Chris Simmons, to get a copy of all the offers on this property without the name of the buyers and their agents. Unfortunately, we didn't get any answer from him until now, and I believe it was our huge mistake to trust these guys. I am sure this unprofessional behavior negatively affects their company's reputation. Never ever...

Marshall Zalik is a terrible realtor/crook. He was very unresponsive and slow. We rented a place with him and it was dirty and unclean on move in date. We had to get carpet cleaners and move out cleaners to clean out the whole place. The walls had marks and tape which hadn't been cleaned up but was not noted in the move in walk through document.
