The academy is very simple but has a plenty of aerobic and weight training equipment. The spinning class is good and the place contains various bikes. Sometimes is a lit bit hot inside but they have a fan to turn the room fresher I do not know about the other activities but I observe a substantial frequency in the other classes. The atmosphere in the weight room is nice but there's no instructor showing if you are doing right or not your workout. They open every day including Sundays, what is very good to practice over the weekend. The price is affordable but a lit bit confuse since you have to decide on Flax Passes or Activities. They should have a combo pass also affordable … Every week they put some notice in order to motivate people to practice exercise … it is very funny the themes that they present. Lots of activities! Could be cleaner and newer but it's a community center, so know what to expect. It's a great place accessible to everyone, which is what a community center should be about. Everyone is friendly and there is really a lot to do! There is a skating ring, piano rooms, group fitness classes, a public library, you really cannot get bored. Just to be clear, it's not a luxury center that costs hundreds of dollars in membership, so don't expect it to be like that. But it's a great place for hanging out and trying something new, especially if you are on a budget. I would definitely go back. There are also some activities for kids. Ask at the front desk.
