Service is AWFUL. Extremely rude. I called the store just to find out what flavors they offer for sugar free cakes, the lady puts me on hold, then a rude lady picks up the phone, the way how she talked to me like if I were a criminal. I explained to her I was on hold, she just said yaya, just tell me what you want. Ok, I was wondering what flavors you offer for sugar free cakes. This is not a retail store, what do you want? Well, I was just wondering what flavor you offer for sugar free cakes. We offer too many flavors. And you know this is not a retail store, we don’t have a machine. Have you been to the store before....this phone call was 2mins but ruined my whole day. I don’t know, my question was quite simple, but this woman I guess has got a bitter life to let out her bad energy onto others, strangers, I mean to her...

9:40 pm right now, the cafe closes at 10pm. Came here all the way with my girlfriend to fulfil late night cravings for cheesecake. Cafe is pretty empty, 3-4 couples sitting at individual tables of 4, a couple of other tables empty. The server doesn't even seat us inside the cafe and asks us to sit on a table, with chairs beside each other outside of the main cafe. I requested if we can be seated inside, since the cafe is relatively empty, to which the other server rudely replies "nope, there's no seats available." Looking around rather confused, I said "what about those tables?", to which she replies "we keep those tables for larger groups". Pretty disgusted and rascist feeling in my mouth, feeling like being discriminated, said "thank you"...

My friend is in the hospital with cancer and when she could finally eat again, she wanted cheesecake. I felt helpless as I was at work, so I looked up cheesecake and found Carole's. Not only were they friendly, quick and efficient, my friend said it was the best cheesecake she ever had! She was even able to share it with her roommate who also said it was the best!
