I placed an order yesterday, July 11, 2025, at 10:55 PM over the counter at B Boyz located at 200 Whitmore Road. I ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches — one mild and one spicy — both for dine-in. Despite this, our food was served “cold” just three to four minutes later, not on a tray, and without any napkins, even though we were dining in. I had specifically requested no tomatoes and no hot peppers on the spicy sandwich. However, the sandwich I received clearly had both toppings, as shown on the receipt that the employee placed on our table. When I pointed out the issue and reminded him of my customization, the employee casually responded, "Don't worry, there are no tomatoes or hot peppers." But upon unwrapping the sandwich, I found both included. I brought this to the employee's attention again. Rather than apologizing or preparing a fresh sandwich — which should have been the appropriate response — he simply took the same cold sandwich back, removed the toppings, and returned it to me. This was unacceptable. The sandwich still carried the taste of the ingredients I had asked to be removed. Before leaving the store, I addressed this with the same employee. His response was that I had “forced him” to customize the sandwich. That is completely false. I politely asked if my request could be accommodated, and he agreed without objection. If modifications weren’t possible, he should have said so at the time of ordering. Instead, he agreed, took the order, and later handled the issue unprofessionally and rudely. This entire experience was disappointing — from the mix-up and cold food to the lack of proper service and unprofessional, argumentative behavior...
