Went to this store Sunday, drove up from Kelowna and bought a beautiful Okanagan sweater. Got home and turns out the sweater made for me on the spot was a large, not the a small I needed. I phoned the store and let them know what had happened. They went above and beyond to make this right even personally delivering me the correct size sweater so I didn’t have to make the trip to Vernon again, as well as more then compensated me for this small mix up.
