I have taken those pictures of mold and sharp edges, hopefully you would be interested to see them. |Asked for the laundry bag and David replied I have never heard of any such thing. What is laundry bag? And that they don’t have laundry bags.|He claims that he is working for 7 years in the hotel industry. |Upon asking if I can have milk for my infant at mid night, the best answer he can came up with is, “you should lower your expectations it's a hotel not a resort where you can have everything you wish for.” |I felt like that he has issues with my coloured skin. If so please let him take some courses or train him to be your front desk representative. |Now it's the third night, we came late night. I didn't ask for servicing the room that day. The room was serviced and my phone charger and our personal hygiene products kept in the washroom were missing, I don’t remember what else I have left in my room and that’s thrown away. Probably I will remember it later. My phone died later and David said it will only be possible day after tomorrow to look into your matter and he can’t help at all. |When I tried to explain it to the front desk (David) he again misbehaved saying that we never do the room service daily. We only do it when you leave. In front of all people standing around the best thing he had to say is that “You are taking the advantage of the situation” and he told me to leave and let him help others. In other words, he implicated that I am lying. Thankfully a customer standing by told him to stop talking and concentrate on work. |Next morning management still didn’t do it’s part. I had to ask cleaning staff (Carole) personally about my charger and hygiene supplies, who confirmed that She has thrown our hygiene supplies and they were told to do this and they only followed the orders. But I got my phone charger back.|Several complains to the front desk but during my entire stay, not even once anyone even bother to talk about the concern let alone an apology. |Nothing changed. Read moreI will never stay again 😞. I booked three+ weeks in advance. I told them we are coming for a funeral and requested the top floor, so we can get some rest. We had a long travel to get there. We have stayed before for convenience and put up with no service, no courtousy customer service and grief in over charging by mistake, because of end of COVID and short staff supposedly. I called a week before to confirm top floor was granted and even added another day due to changes. I confirmed we would get clean towels cups and service daily, because that's what I should get for 250 per night. When I got there. We got third floor ,it was noisy and staff was so loud at 7 am my husband couldn't sleep. We didn't complain, but then we found open tampex in drawers, that they refused to clean out because Maid service was no longer there. The shower curtain dirty with pubic hair stuck to it. No cups. One pack of sugar. Etc before we left for funeral, I request to make sure our room would be cleaned up with clean towels etc. I maid beds. I wanted open tampex pack removed and shower curtain replaced. . They assured me they would. When we got back, NO tampex wasn't removed and again they wouldn't, I had to, also no cups no extra towels. I came down politely told them and basically just said, oops sorry. Got the manager, but nothing changed. Oh the gave me 15 percent off for one day because I removed the tampex open and pulled apart from the drawer myself. The first day we just had to let it be. So humiliated by company seeing the open tampex in drawer, cause you could see it even with drawers closed, and for the price of the rooms to not get full service was just to much to ever put up with ever again. I don't usually complain, I was a housekeeper once myself. But for a manager or any staff member to treat a customer again like we were treated, will never happen to us or any family friends or acquaintances again. We have stayed in many Marriot Hotels and our son in-law stays with them in the USA all the time because his solar company travels everywhere. We will be sure to tell him everything as well. SO, thanks Fairfield for ruining and all ready terrible day and hope you all may have the worst stay in the worst day of your life. So, So disappointed ☹️....
