Do not order from this place. We had originally decided to go with Snugglers because we preferred to support a small business and they had better prices for the same items as Ashley’s Furniture. We decided to purchase a set of table and chairs in November 2024. Because they didn’t have it in stock, we had to order it and we were told they would come late December/early January. When we called them in January to ask on the status of the order, they said the table has not arrived and it would come in February. When February came around, we called again and they told us it would come until March. Then when we called in March, they said it would not arrive until end of March, but they said it is not guaranteed and could be delayed again. It had been 4 months without a dining set when we could have ordered from somewhere else. When we tried to cancel the order because it had been delayed three times they charged us a 150.00 restocking fee on our deposit because the chairs had already arrived, but were waiting on the table. They refused to waive this fee so we ended up paying 150.00 to wait 4 months with no dining set. They also couldn’t give us a reason into why the table was delayed. They also did not communicate that the table would not arrive. We had to call multiple times to inquire about the status of our order. Any time we called to speak to the manager, he was never around or conveniently on vacation. Or we were told we would get a call back and never did. This happened multiple times. We probably would have had a better experience purchasing from a big box store. Originally they had told us when we purchased that we could cancel any time without penalty if the items did not arrive, however they did not honour this. Do not waste your time...

I did a complete reno to an open-concept 2200 square foot dream home overlooking the lake. Quite a unique space, with no partitions between office, living room, TV area, kitchen and dining rooms. Colours were completely different from my previous home so I needed all new furniture. I found Snugglers through researching a chair and half by Trendline. They were very responsive and mentioned a sale going on at the time. Although it was a couple hours drive for me, I just felt confident they wanted to help me…and did they ever. Andrea at Snugglers worked with me tirelessly, based solely on a phone pic of the kitchen island stone colour (blues) I’d selected and a back-of-envelop pencil drawing of the layout. We went back and forth online and in person, about fabrics and colour schemes. Andrea is very professional and taught me just enough about design so that I could make creative & intelligent decisions. I got 2 sofas, 3 armchairs, a desk, 2 benches and stools from Snugglers, and everything is perfectly coordinated to my taste (that is, not too homogeneous, bright accents). Delivery went without a hitch and the guys were careful and professional, as well as personable. The furniture complements the peaceful lake view and that kitchen island. I highly recommend Andrea and Snugglers - high quality furniture and great furniture...
