I’ve been going there since they opened since noon moment is a bit further but 10/10 for their boba. They had good deals and everything but I quickly saw staff come and go. Most of the drinks I’ve gotten from the start I couldn’t complain about but I highly recommend to not get any coffee options because no matter what they’ll never get it right and the creamer is not worth the few cents and they only put a small splash as a person who has gotten plenty and a coffee addict big -NO- Lately I have disliked most drinks and they were never done right little as putting ice for a more textured smoothie or not having enough of the drink so they add loads of iced that fills the whole cup. I’m not a picky person but there was point where they didn’t put in my tapioca . Some people wouldn’t know the difference since the cups aren’t clear anymore. I’m going to put this in caps DONT GO IF AN OLD LADY IS WORKING AT THE BACK she never does any orders right and does the servings and portions wrong and it’s basic drinks and teas.( she was asking the other lady how to make certain drink??? Read moreThis is the second time I've visited this location. Unfortunately both visits were disappointing. The first time I visited, the staff member mentioned the boba tapioca pearls were not ready yet, but did not specify how long we would have to wait - we ordered two teas assuming we'd have to wait +/-5 minutes for our drinks, instead we were served warm milk tea, without tapioca pearls. When we asked how long the wait would be for the pearls, the employee said over an hour. We arrived at 12:15 (15 minutes after opening) so it seemed strange that no pearls were ready ... this is a Boba store after all. Today we attempted to visit for a second time, arriving at 12:50pm - the front door was closed, even though the store hours are from 12:00pm - 9:00pm. The employee at the front counter ignored us waiting outside. Unfortunately we will be taking our business to another Boba store...
Read moreReally wanted to get boba, but the person at the front wasn’t the best with attending customers. He was working with an AirPod in his ear, and clearly, wasn’t listening to the customers if they wanted to ask him something. The response from him seemed pretty impolite. The drinks are good, my friends got them, it’s just the customer experience. This was on a Tuesday, between 3-4pm, whoever works on that day. I would probably give half a star if that was an option.
