I wish there was an option for a negative rating. I don't mean to be rude, but the order wasn't just wrongly delivered, but there were food safety issues that were ignored. I have shared the pictures. This is what i ordered: chicken biryani, Mutton Rogan Josh, naan platter, butter naan, gulab jamun, and rasmalai. I am not too harsh when it comes to servers and people who attend me at restaurants. I know it's a lot of work for them too to deal with a lot of customers on a daily basis and sometimes they get dumped on with the customer's moods. So when i opened my paper bag with all the food i ordered, the first thing you checked was to make sure you got all of the items that you asked for. The first mistake i noticed was that i received a gajar ka halwa instead of rasmalai. I like gajar ka halwa too, so i took it as an innocent mistake and let it be. I did not want to bother anyone for such a small mistake. It's okay, i thought. But the moving forward, i opened the rogan josh and found a long hair in it. Upon checking further, i found more. How does that happen. Are the food safety guidelines being ignored. That's not the only thing then. I thought, "Fine, let's just have the biryani." Upon opening the biryani, to my surprise, it was nothing like a biryani, felt like how you put left over colored rice together with a little bit of chicken together. Sadly, i would still have eaten it just for the respect of food on my table, but i couldn't. Because that was stale. It smelled bad. Smelled at least a week old. Felt like when you bulk cook something and pack it up and just refrigerate it and wait for an order so you can warm it up again and give it to make the delivery quicker. It's sad that i have to give such a review. The last time i ate at this place, i came in person. And I really liked it. When people order food from popular restaurants like this, they really expect the food worth their hard earned money. Ordering food online is not always a matter of luxury. Sometimes, the customer is in a situation where they can not cook or go outside to have food. They could be ill, bed riden, or just too caught up at work. They order food from where they trust. And that's broken for this place now. I do not know what changed. The staff, the management, or their standards. I do not think i will risk my health by choosing this...
Read moreI love almost everything about this place. Okay, so let's start from the vibe, yes, absolutely Indian, authentic taste, homely feel, and welcoming people. About food, almost all the time it's delicious. 8/10 times I got the the taste you'd expect from an Indian food. Try their 1) Shahi paneer, 2) garlic naan, 3) BIRYANI!!! and 4) Noodle samosa for a yummy snack. If you prefer a spicy, masaledar Indian taste like me then ask them when you place your order to make it that way, otherwise they'll keep the spice level low. There are few items that had a sweet taste in its base, which I do not prefer as opposite to the actual spicy Indian taste. Chinese Street food platter, and surprisingly Pau bhaji ended up being too sweet and not in an ignorable way. I tried ordering the same items a couple times but it's the same always. And my garlic naan was too burnt with a bitter taste to say that it's "well done". However this only happens once in a blue moon, during rush hour I presume. I've tried, dining in, take out, delivery, all options, and it doesn't make a difference taste wise.
For the sweets, I am impressed how they make their sweets fresh, and you can actually tell when you have a bite. Their "cham cham" was too good to be true. Tried their "kesar jalebi" but its only good if you eat it right away. When I ate it after a few hours (refrigerated it so it's safe to eat) the "chashni" felt weird in a way that I can't explain, the taste was different. To make it better, pair your jalebi with ice cream, vanilla or mango preferably.

Quantity could be better, this is a personal suggested.
This is the first review that I gave!
Now I changed my mind once I spoke with this lady.
I have placed an order on Uber eats for :
Motichur Laddu Milk cake Kalakand
It’s an important event as I have to go to a house warming ceremony.
Now the actual event occurs: This girl from the resto called me and stated that she is not having kalakand and milk cake. Okay I understood, but the way she talks is so harsh and rude. Just a small way to address the customer stating that that’s my mistake of not updating on Uber platform.
She says, I don’t have it and they are preparing now. I can give it later. I said okay, and she rudely replied like, tomorrow! What a kind of tone.
I respect every person at the desk. But I explained the situation in the Uber platform. Now she says this. What kind of rudeness is that?
She also states that customers listen to me! Why would I do that I have placed an order online and I was able to see its there and she says it’s not available and fires back on me!
From the first time to now, my experience is 5 to 0.
Now when I receive the order I got Kalankand in it. She stated that it won’t be ready until tomorrow now how I got??? Think guys....
