Through this process Lucas has been just excellent .He has spent a great deal of time with me explaining all about the computer I purchased. He has excellent electronic knowledge, very impressed. When the computer was shipped, it was very well packed and arrived in excellent condition. He also added windows 11 and another set of items which would have cost $200 for $75 I now have used the computer for a couple of days and it is just excellent. It is everything Lucas said it was.
