I went here for the first time with an appointment, and the lady rushed through the entire manicure and waxing session. She did a poor job waxing, leaving huge patches of hair and residual wax all over my legs. She barely spoke to me at all and when I showed her the leftover wax, she said “it will come off when you wash”, so I had to walk around all day with sticky wax all over my feet and legs. I used to be a regular client. I used to do nail extensions dip powder or biogel and always get a shellac pedicure. I loved having designed in my nails but they just raised their prices. Lam is the best nail artist and I do like a lot his attention to detail. Now the frees are expensive and even if I requested Lam he did not do my nails this last time. I believe good work must be recognized. Never in my life have a walked out of a salon so pleased. I didn't even need to specify several times on what I wanted. I felt no guilt for expressing any specifications... the man who did my nails understood exactly what I wanted. My nails look PERFECT.
