New York Fries Winnipeg Outlet Collection — Restaurant in Winnipeg

The Manager and Staff person that served us today were both kind and courteous. Samples of both fries and hotdogs were available for those that were deciding what to order. Our food was delicious and the loaded hotdogs were done with perfection. Nothing sloppy about it making it easy to pick up and eat. There were two older individuals who purchased food from another vendor. They were given cups to get water at the tap in the food court which was warm water. I took their cups to New York Fries and the Manager was happy to have the staff person fill the cups with cold water and provide lids and straws even though no food was bought from them. Would highly recommend this business and location as a place to try when visiting the Outlet...

The absolute worst hot dog I have ever had. So overcooked it was dehydrated to the point where it became a sponge. Zero liquid left in that hotdog of any kind. 5$ for that as well. A dry, hot dog on dry bun. Disgrace really. Won't be back ever.

The guy behind the counter was weird too. Putting the hot dog with zero on it and putting it in the bun should have taken 1 second. Instead he puts the hot dog behind the counter part which I can't see for about 30 seconds. Zero done to it. Not sure if he switched hot dogs, that's how poor it was.

The manager on site was so weird and rude. This is the first time I hated NYF for real. I asked for extra gravy after i paid nd i was ready to pay again but she gave me this weird reaction as if i did a crime asking for more. Her name if im not wrong was Elvira, i even saw her weirdly behaving with staff, even heard her saying put less fries to one of the staff members. if someone is ready to pay what made u stop them to give more? Honestly staff members are always good and helpful. Always being kind nd patient but this lady apparently is the rudest person. Wish there was someone else who...
