barBURRITO — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I ordered food on their app for my girlfriend and her cousin while I was at work. They didn't deliver the food. When I called to find out what happened, they blamed me and said I put in my phone number incorrectly and they could not send the order to Door Dash because of that. I did not order from Door Dash, I ordered directly from Bar Burrito. They charged my credit card and would not refund me. They also said they could not cancel the order. They told me to come.pick up the order which I could not do because I was at work across town. They told me to pick it up several times. Never once did they apologize. I went to the location the next day and the "manager" I spoke to said she can't cancel the order either and offered to make the order, which we no longer needed because now it's nearly 20 hours later. She never offered a refund either. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card and it still took them 78 days to give me my money back. Never again will I order food...

The food quality was 100% but customer service being 0%, i went for dine in on March 20 at 9:00 PM, there was a girl working who prepared my food i asked for madmex mondays and when i started having my food she in her own punjabi language said “4 dollar dekh ke mondays nu aa jande aa lok khan eh ni dekhde v start at 4 aa” I didn’t said anything about costs or something, just asked for deal which is obviously made for customers. I felt so bad that i had to throw my food away and left crying, She totally ruined my hunger for Burrito. I will never visit this place again. Afterall, there is so much going on in everybody’s life we go there to be served well, not to feel low. I myself is a chef but never heard any server saying such words to any customer, because these are basic etiquettes to deal in a customer service...

Salsa could use variety, seems plain. Sauces are a decent selection, makes up for the salsa I guess. They're still learning how to distribute toppings inside, I got extra guac and essentially bit into one giant clump at either end of the wrap. Recommend spreading it on first evenly. Should ask about it first, regardless. The soy protein crumble is kind of weird, flavoured tofu chunks would make more sense, also how it's sitting in it's water is unattractive. I don't eat the meats but the ground beef is fairly greasy, friends burritos drip considerably compared to a veggie with soy etc.
