So usually I weekly to chatime and I have yet to really have a bad time, but today well that's a different story. I was accused of having secret gathering and was demanded reasons for the amount of drinks I ordered. Yes I know there's a pandemic and yes it's important to stay safe, but if I choose to order drinks for the week and refrigerator them that's on me... Not on the staff to tell me that they believe I'm having people over and demand to know how many people live in my house... I watched a couple in front of me order almost as many drinks as me and nothing was said to them... This is very off setting, I spend a fair bit of money supporting this business and that's not good customer service if you ask me!! Personal attacks are not in the best interest if you ask me and hope that other customers aren't ever treated like this or have this issue if there's a drink maximum I'm fine with it but there isn't so apologies should be considered. In closing I will likely return to this store but if I am ever treated like that again then it won't...
Read moreI come to this location once in a while to get my daughter's bubble tea and for myself sometimes. Usually the service is good. Whoever the guys are working there they are great. However today there was a young female working. It's Saturday Feb 19 2022 at 245. I was waiting behind a skip driver and 2 people. Ok so skip was a big order. Not a big deal. Then she served the first set of ppl and made me and another wait while she made another large order. There was no other skip driver around. After about 10 or 15 mins she's finally serving the guy in front of me which is how I figured out she was doing skip or something. I left at this point. This doesn't seem like very good customer service to leave two people waiting while you make a large order without even saying anything to them about what's going on. Read moreWent there this evening and the guy working was so rude. He was having a conversation with someone on his airpods. I told him my order, asked for no ice and no sugar. He proceeded to make my tea and as I saw him pour a glass full of ice in the cup and said excuse me I asked for no ice, he then says, "no you didn't, well, it's too late now." He then continued to make the drink with ice and says you only said no sugar. Well, if he wasn't on the phone while he was taking a customer's order I'm sure he'd hear properly. I don't care abt the drink, what really matters is customer service and how he spoke to me. It was in a very condescending manner and in front of other customers as well.
