How serendipitous that our first visit would be on their 2nd anniversary! Congratulations to the owners and staff of 'For Us' bakery. We were welcomed into the bakery with the most inviting smells of the dessert and in-house foods. Our biggest surprise of delight was the cream puffs which are absolutely phenomenal!! The crepe cake was beautifully presented and elegantly flavoured! The pecan tart truly felt like we were home; the taste and aroma felt as if we had finished a thanksgiving dinner and were ready for dessert with the family! Overall a hidden gem in Winnipeg and I can't wait to see the bakery flourish! I've been coming to this place for about a year now and I love it to pieces. It's always the number one recommendation I give for desserts and I've gotten all of my friends and family addicted to them. The cream puffs especially are my favourite because the flavours aren't overpowering or overly sweetened. The outer crust is the perfect texture to complement the massive amount of cream filling held within, you will not be disappointed. If cream puffs arent your thing they also have cheese tarts, cheese cakes and more! There is even a small area to sit and enjoy them with company inside and they make coffee, tea or bubble tea to name a few. Been a customer for a bit since 2020 and I think it's time to give them a great review! Their flavours are so delicious and very unique. The texture of their cream puffs is sooo addictive! A little crunchy on the outside with a nice soft feel as you bite into the flavored cream inside. My ultimate favourite would be their matcha & vanilla! Their cheesecakes are also super delicious & smooth! The best part about their products is the right amount of sweetness ❤️ it isn't extremely sweet to get sick of eating and it isn't too little for you to stop.
