This is specifically for the location inside the Hopewell Mall, across from the Toys R Us. Do not shop here. This store sells fake Labubus under the guise that they are real. These are good fakes but NOT GENUINE.
They are sold in authentic boxes that have been opened and filled with fakes. You can see the glue on the inside of the box where they have been resealed. The Labubu purchased was already dirty with loose threads. The QR code on the tag is printed poorly and does not scan.
I own several authentic Labubus from the same line and there is no issue with their QR code scanning or weird stitching issues on their arms. Have only seen that at the stalls in China that sell super fakes.
Do not believe the owner when they tell you they are real. You can see the workers opening boxes at the counter to refill them.
We were given a cash refund after arguing with the cashier who was worried about the conversation scaring away other customers. Was told to never buy here again but why would I shop at an expensive place for fakes???
Received terrible attitude from the...

I opened the box and the QR code wouldn’t scan, you could see the seams on the labubu around his hands and head. I went back to fight for a refund even though they kept assuring it’s real - I had to show them the flaw and they kept saying it’s real and the code is just too small to scan. I have real ones, and that has never been an issue.
Finally returned it and they gave me cash back and told me not to come back. Just happy I got...
