Proud of the owner single handed transformed this street side Cantonese cuisine & perfected to a 7 year consecutively Michelin Star restaurant🫡 salute! 4 of us arrived when shop opened 17:30 without reservation luckily got a table. A very basic traditional family operate restaurant type, nothing near fancy at all, but clean. Forgot BYO, beer was ordered. Starters was deep fried pork intestine, thousand year egg sat on fried squid, freshly marinated foie gras, pepper bay lobsters😋 “so yum”, delicate soy sauce whole chicken “ rediculously tender & juice” finished with infamous soy sauce fried noodle. I must stress, each dish was meticulously improve from original style, yet without going off track, we were sweetly delighted by each dish, couldn’t wait to return with a bigger party to try out more delicucies, off course BYO fine French🍷🍷

This is a traditional street Dai Apia Dong type of local cuisine which definitely worth an experience. The dishes they offer are quite diverse, from seafood to bbq piglet, to stir fried, adding on crowded space and busy ambience, a good choice to taste Hong Kong as you can find quite some specialty dishes here Food wise, perhaps because it is a Michelle’s recommended place and had higher expectation but they tended to be just ok but reasonable with their prices. Out from so many dishes tried, highly recommended the fish skin with ginger and spring onion, well seasoned and crispy, not fishy, a great cold dish as appetiser. Serving was extremely quick and helpers were helpful. Space and seating were tight but this is how it is supposed to be as a style. Vibe was good though.

a bit skeptical about other reviews but here’s my two cents. We were looking for some authentic chinese food and we tried a bunch in the city. This was very fancy at first sight, and we noticed higher prices but then realized how good and plenty the plates were. Tried the half roasted chicken and the braised pork. Both very good but I highly suggest to try the pork first, along a good plate of fried rice. Tried also the local beer that was refreshing and not too heavy to digest. For a rotation of chinese restaurant this definitely has a great vibe and good food for a tad more price than usual.
