Unfortunately it took almost an hour to get my meal, while other diners that arrived after me were receiving their entrees. When the food arrived they initially gave me potato wedges instead of fries…I should have stuck with the wedges. They replaced the wedges with soggy, uncooked fries. They got 2 stars because the burger itself was tasty. The waiter kept blaming the kitchen even though he had some ownership. He could have realized that he was serving customers that came afterward and checked with the kitchen much sooner than he finally did. Eggs Benedict large portion: Served on 1/2 piece of 6 cm diameter bread each. 1/2 cooked soggy and uneatable bacon, 2 overcooked M size eggs + factory made sauce on top. The food is very high quality. All types of bread and buns come from the Sai Kung based Mushroom bakery. The desserts, which change every week, are home-made by a person in Sai Kung.
All dressings and toppings are made from scratch, nothing is store-bought. The produce is fresh every day.
Though limited several items on the menu are vegan and vegetarian.
