Master Beef — Restaurant in Tsuen Wan District

We chose the Deluxe Wagyu Beef set ($298 pp) to really spoil ourselves with the highest tier beef! 😎 as well as the tomato soup base!

The cream of the crop is the M5 wagyu with all its beautiful marbling making it excellent for hotpot with it melting in your mouth with a beautiful fusion of meat and fat! 😍

Short ribs are next on the list with those bouncy teeth feel!

Diced angus cubes are also worth trying and they cook pretty quick!

Lastly are the US beef, the SRF beef and prime beef differing in which they are much more rich and thick! 🤤

We also got the wagyu beef balls which doesn’t have that gamey taste~

The more general food items; Directly imported from Taiwan with some treats that we’ve never seen in other places such as mala balls! 🤯 That being said, they also filled the shelves up with other common items too like cheese sausages! 🤓 We also tried a black truffle fish paste with the strong aroma and unique mix!

The veggie selection is quite wide as well both being fresh and having tons of options!

We also got the cooked goods too; Our favorite is the Taiwanese sausages!

There are also mochi filled with peanuts (waku waku) and sesame which are definitely be a must order!

The beverage selection is incredible too! Liking and following them gets you a free lemon shaken drink or you can opt for the fridges full of tailor made drinks too! BTW, the booze is extra!

Finishing off the meal are the desserts! Tofu pudding...incredible! 🤩 Strawberry sorbet is only during the Valentine’s! ❤️

Been a while since I’ve had an all you can eat hotpot, and I decided to try out 牛大人 but a different branch this time. It was in a building that had PLENTY of other restaurants too, yet I think this place was one of the more reputable ones.

I was a little shocked at the prices (in a good way)!!!! We ordered the deluxe set as prices were equivalent to the other AYCE Japanese buffets in HK at $288 for 120 mins!

They had some Australian M5 beef that had a stronger beef taste and a better fat to meat ratio 🫢 with this deluxe set, there were all sorts of beef parts that were well worth the money! I also enjoyed the prime beef chuck - not too fatty yet a strong beef taste!

On top of that, I loved how they had such a huge selection of hotpot foods - at least 40 I would say!! I tried this taro fish ball which was so good - the taro was sweet yet there’s a nice balance with the fish paste. Also thought the corn was very sweet and fresh. Their seafood selection was quite a bit, though I only tried their clams and fish.

I was also happy to see that they were trying to be more sustainable. Instead of the plastic bottles they used to serve their tea in, they changed it to reusable cups now. They were doing a special for their hoegarden peach beer too, so of course I wanted to grab a beer with the food.

My favourite out of them all was actually the movenpick AYCE ice cream though 😆 my new favourite flavour has to be the mint chocolate chip one!! SOOO GOOD with a strong...

So I had lunch at that place and this is my experience: The place was very crowded, it was pretty clean tho. The food was why I gave this place a 2 star, so the lunch option I chose lets me order as much as I would like but when my order came to my table, it was wayyy less, They intentionally gave me less then I order. The food was pretty cheap and the tables are also the reason I have this place a low rating, There wasn't any air vents at each table so the hot pot steam is everywhere, if you have a spicy hotpot then the entire time your eyes will get tangy.
