E pot — Restaurant in Tsuen Wan District

Service is poor and food is below average. I am very surprised my 7 years old child (x2) were charged as adult for dinner. The quality of the food is soso even we chose Selection B. We didn’t like the option of ordering food only via App. My kids do not have cell phones and do not understand Chinese words either. This is quite disappointing. No fork and spoon in the entire restaurant (Only chopsticks and big hotpot spoons?!). The customer service were poor. The manager lady who collects payment seems unprofessional by saying loudly “I have never heard EPS requires signature” when we paid by card. Overall, the service was poor and food was below average. Can’t imagine that it’s with such high standard on the drinks and the fresh food, also with nice environment! Seafood esp. the shrimp is very nice. Meat is just so so, because we pick the lowest tier one, this is a smart choices in case you prefer more soya bean related products/seafood and vegetables. The 4 nice bottle of drinks are very nice too (if less sweet, then perfect!!!) Love the variety of soup from sweet to spicy, seafood to meat, plain to complicated one. There are Australian M5 Wagyu ,US Angus beef,Spain corn fed pork,New zealand lamp,hanger steak that are all you can eat.The beef is fresh and good quality. . . Australian Wagyu is not available in set B. . . It is incredibly tender,soft and succulent!Very tasty!! . . Cooked food and cold starters are also provided. . . Arrays of seafood such as shrimp,white eel,squid,clams are offered. . . Wide varieties of veggie and mushroom i.e. kale,purple heart turnip,bamboo fungus...etc are also all you can eat. . . The bamboo fungus soaked up the essences of the soup base.healthy and Yummmmmm . . beverages and soft drinks are free flow and self served soft ice cream station!! . .
