The food quality and service at this restaurant were very disappointing for us. The sashimi was not fresh, the shrimp lacked sweetness, the salmon wasn't sweet, the fried food had too much flour, and the lamb chops and beef skewers were overly salty. The staff also frequently missed our orders, and we had to remind them three times before they finally handled it. To make matters worse, even though we made a reservation and placed our order an hour in advance, we were only told an hour later that the food was sold out. However, just a few minutes ago, we saw another table being served the same food, which obviously contradicted what the staff told us. The staff should have removed the sold-out food from the system to avoid misleading customers, which seems to go against the product description.
After adding the service charge, the average cost per person was HKD 450, but the food quality of the B-grade set we chose was unimaginably poor.
The staff and sushi chefs were generally young, not proficient in Cantonese, slow to react, and likely part-time or substitute workers, lacking experience in making sushi and providing service. The overall quality is so terrifying that it's not hard to imagine!

Read moreIt was my first time dining at this Japanese "all you can eat" restaurant in Tsuen Wan on a Friday evening. We chose Menu A, the lowest grade, priced at 308 HKD + 10%. We reserved a table via OpenRice and were arranged to sit at a table suitable for four. We only had 2, so it was comfortable. We ordered from a digital menu. We also found drinks, desserts, dim sum, deep-fried foods, and hot dishes available outside the food area. We ordered two assorted sashimi plates, and all of them were above average; at least the food was fresh, and the presentation was decent. The shrimp sashimi was the highlight.
As for the hot dishes, they were generally okay—freshly made and hot. The sushi was good, too. However, the grilled beef slices were very salty, and the pan-fried halibut slices tasted horrible, almost like it had been chlorine-bleached.
Overall, the service was good...
