Very organised process to buy tickets. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My partner suffered with altitude sickness as we had previously gone from sea level to Bogota's 2000m. The funicular takes you up another 1000m. My partner fainted on the cable car; the staff at the top were so kind and helped us off, and there was Colombian Red Cross staff at the top who checked him over and let us skip the queue back down.
