Arrived with 15 people ahead of me. Took an hour and a half to see a teller. I guess in total it was closer to 20 since the elderly seem to be able to line jump.
From my observation the bottleneck wasn't the tellers necessarily, but a mix of idiocy with the customers. Half were English speakers with zero Spanish skills (mine aren't great, but I try), and the others it seemed were doing complex cash drops in small bills, or other involved tasks. Since they inspect every bill for imperfections this can take awhile.
Since I was just there for a currency exchange, I would've been 2 minutes in and out, but since the teller didn't seem to know how to work the copier for my passport, it was closer to 10 minutes.

As far as banks go, I don't think it deserves all the hate. Security was tight. The exchange...
Read moreWorst bank experience of my life. The employees are like high school kids with no self awareness. Texting on their phones while people are waiting, gossiping to other employees, and taking breaks while it’s extremely busy. Most people who wait end up leaving because they cannot spend 2-3 hours or more to do a simple task. I’m not sure how this bank can even be profitable but if they had any sense of work ethic or decent management they could 10x their efficiency. Not sure how a bank could possibly be this bad and still...

Customer service takes from 1:30 to infinity. I don't understand this service. I am disappointed in this office. Request to the management, take forced measures and change the work of the clerks. I see many negative reviews about this office. It's time to draw the right...
