I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Eva, who attended to me, was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Not to mention, she has the softest hands—I felt so relaxed! I got my upper lip threaded and a manicure with gel nails, and I’m beyond happy with the results. The threading was precise and painless, and my nails came out flawless—perfectly shaped and polished. Everything was done with such care and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch treatments. I was visiting Zagreb for a few days and really wanted to get my manicure and pedicure at this salon, as the reviews said it was good. I was lucky someone cancelled and I was able to book the services for the day I needed, as they were fully booked. Lucija did a very good job with both my manicure and pedicure, and she was really nice to talk to. I totally recommend her and the salon and will return if visiting Zagreb in the future.

Radila sam trajni lak na nogama i rukama. Noktarica je draga djevojka i trudi se, ponudila me vodom i kavom i bila je ugodna, ali nažalost ostavljam lošu recenziju na njen rad. Trajni lak na rukama je dosta loš, neravnomjerno je nanesen i slojevi su predebeli. Na nozi mi je rub nokta navodno urastao u palac pa ga je noktarica išla izrezati sto je bilo dosta bolno i možda nepotrebno (prije toga me ništa nije bolilo niti sam primjetila urastanje). Isti dan mi se rana nastala čupanjem i rezanjem komadića tog nokta upalila, a dan poslije mi iz nje curi gnoj i prilično je bolno. To mi se do sada nigdje nije dogodilo😅 Prilažem fotografije trajnog laka na rukama.

I have been around the globe for many years experiencing a many saloons in different countries. Kynsi is since today amongst my favorites. Starting with the owner who managed to schedule a booking to fit in with my planning. Thumbs up for the effort to make it work. Below I share my email written to the owner.

Thank you for organising my appointment today morning with Matea. She is a great personality. Very caring and thoughtful. I really appreciate her effort to explain the procedure of sugar-waxing in English to me. Besides this she is also a skilled therapist. The treatment nearly looked effortless and was certainly painless. The Brazilian done with sugar-waxing-ball was a new experience for me. Matea did it again with much precision and care.

She is a little gem.

Lorena was a pleasant personally who looked after me with care and a bright smile.

Terrible experience, went a few times and all was good, however one day I got fungus on my nails because of unsanitary of their tools. Tried nicely talking to them and they told me that it was my fault even though it never happened to me with other salons. Also my friend went there and she has broken nail cuticles and her lash lift not correctly done. They did bot take the blame, only offered 32 euros because of a bad manicure. Would not recommend there are cheaper and better options...
