Italian food, with Croatian attitude. Sadly, the only raw thing about Carpaccio is the attitude of the wait staff. Apathetic, annoyed, and not something to be expected in the center of the city. I was given dirty silverware, the spoon had some crust caked onto it. Our waiter was generally frustrated and disinterested. Also, we were charged 3 euros per person for some breadsticks and slices of bread. When I asked about, they claimed this is an international standard... Funny, since I come from a family of waiters, and have also traveled a lot, and have never seen such a charge before in my life. Don't serve something to my table, without my asking, and then charge me for it. But this is typical Croatia. The only professional aspect of the staff was their attire...

The interior isn’t very cozy—just a box with some odd posters on the walls—but the outdoor terrace is excellent. The all-male serving team is fast and efficient, although it was a bit strange that I had to specifically ask for a decanter for an outstanding red wine (Santa Lucia by Kozlović), priced over €100. The burrata portion was huge, but could’ve been a bit juicier. The steak (medium rare) with pomegranate sauce was solid, although the plate could’ve been warmer as the meat cooled off quickly. They kindly packed the unfinished wine bottle to take away. Verdict: nothing wrong with this restaurant; Michelin-level prices, but generous portions of simple, tasty food.

Delicious! They have several types of carpaccio to offer, befitting their name, including a couple beefsteak variations like the one pictured, a couple fish carpaccios, and even a vegetarian one with zucchini I believe. My tagliatelle con scampi was fantastic and I could’ve eaten this meal every night. The pasta with arrabbiata sauce was also good with a pretty decent spicy kick. We had walked to several different restaurants Saturday night after getting back from Dubrovnik and all were too crowded to accommodate our party of three. This restaurant was the only one that could on their heated outdoor patio and I quite enjoyed dining al fresco.

My favourite restaurant in Zagreb .. The staff is on the highest level in Zagreb, kind, warm and highly proffesional, which makes me feel most at ease and the best in Zagreb here, I eat here often, usually early business lunch on friday with my team that extends to early dinner hahaha, and me and my team and colleagues that I take here always had the best time here. The cheaf of staff is always there to great us and shake our hand when we arrive, and is always very attentive in a professional manner, which is a very pleasant welcome and feel. I just love their grilled fresh shrimp, oh they so know how to make them, also this thin veal steak in sauce, mmm …. and the wine list is good too, some of my favourite italian wine are there … Comparing to other restaurants in Zagreb and the food, experience and service you get - the prices are great too .. Such a lovely terrace with...

If I could give this restaurant a big 0 rating I would be more than happy to. This is my first time visiting and this restaurant was recommended to me. Unfortunately,, we weren’t able to put one foot into the restaurant as an inconsiderate, absolutely rude waiter, with no intelligence approached us and asked “DO YOU HAVE A RESERVATION” we proceeded by saying no sir we didn’t know we had to make a reservation it’s our first time. He said “you cannot come in without a reservation” and shut the door in my face. Even if that restaurant is the only one in Croatia I will never spend one euro ever!! This restaurant is disgraceful in how they treat paying customers! The waiting staff should remember who pays them their salary and provides a roof over their head a food...
