Aplikacija Offertisima i aplikacija Müller posjeduju digitalne račune i nitko se ne može "igrati" s nečijom osobnom aplikacijom. Više od 2 DESETLJEĆA sam bila vaš vjerni kupac,rijetko kupovala u Mülleru. U Aplikaciji Müller sam za svoj nedavni rođenadan dobila poseban popust na kupnju,a od vas za rođendan "narudžbu koja ne postoji" ,stres ,nestručnost. Nakon više od 20 godina deaktiviram vašu aplikaciju i dm za mene ne postoji. Bodove koji su mi preostali slobodno dajte prodavačicama u Gruškoj 22 koje se ponašaju 'ko osnivačice dm-a,samo bez ikakvog znanja,nezainteresiranosti i osnovnog poštovanja kupca. U Müleru se prema kupcu ponašaju kao prema čovjeku i kupac prema prodavaču kao prema čovjeku,dakle MISLIM I KUPUJEM U MÜLLERU. U dm-u trudnicama daju istekle kupone kao " nagradu vjernosti " ,a iz Mullera te nazovu osobno da provjere jel sve kako treba. NEOVLAŠENO ODUZIMAJU BODOVE,KUPONE ,pa ih vrate,pa ih obrišu. I na kasi pritiskanje " imate puno bodova,možemo ih skinuti" "Hočete 5 x više " ,svaki put sam rekla "Ne,ne,ja ću vam reći kada će mi trebati". Sramota nekadašnjeg dm-a. A o trkanju s kolicima i pokazivanju da im smetas na putu da ne pričam. Nakon više od 20 god...

Neljubazna i ne zainteresirana djelatnika, koja priča s kolegicom na blagajni i baca moju karticu u vrećicu ( koju mi naravno nije dala odmah). Kad sam pitala gdje mi je račun povišenim tonom mi se obratila... U vrećici vam je račun, gooospodjooo.. .! naglašavajući riječ gospođo....
