This seems to be a part of a chain. Nice decor, chairs that look more comfortable than they are (I am very particular about comfy chairs), coffee is hit and miss (a pet peeve of mine - I expect consistently excellent coffee), staff ranging from decent to indolent. Looks better than it is.
Update: both coffee and staff improved significantly in the intervening years, and the selection of beers, both "staple brands" and more crafty ones is now rather good. Yesterday, though, they ran out of oranges for squeezing. Other places in the chain, e.g. "Cotton" in Zapruđe, are similar.
Another update: staff still pretty indifferent, coffee good but way too expensive for a neighborhood café. But they are pretty packed on this sunny Sarurday afternoon, so I guess they can afford rather high prices.

Bitter feeling was when I wanted to pay the bill as bar staff told me that I had to go few blocks down to get to the ATM as they were apparently cash only bar. Nobody mentioned this earlier or in manu was not written. This would be fine if at the end I was not being 'lectured' by one of the bar tender how I m supposed to change money when I m traveling abroad and as I foreigner I m not supposed to assume to pay with credit cards.
