I asked for a medium steak and received an ultra rare. In other words, I received a rushed raw steak. (Check the image)
When I asked them to recook the same steak, a chef obviously went through the back door and then re-entered the kitchen to have at look at whom sent the steak back.
The beef didn’t taste fresh and the size of the steak was much smaller than the image. (I think 139DKK)
The biggest irritation for me was the when we tipped the waitress, she didn’t seem thankful at all and felt like she wanted more. (Note: we do not normally tip)
The only reason for not giving a one star is because we came 40 minutes before closing. (We left 1 minute before closing) And this may have influenced...

When we got the burgers we got two burgers with everything, so I told them that i ordered a plain burger, they took the burger, and took all the vegetables off, and gave it back, but the ketchup was still there, so i gave it to them once more, and said this is not plain. They went to make me a new burger, and when i got that one the waitress looked very mad, why? Probably because i told her she got my order wrong... They also don’t use any seasoning on the chips, so they are pretty boring. If you are a picky eater go to one of the restaurants...

Forret: Nachos præsentation og smag mindede mere om lasagne end nachos.
Hovedret entrecote bestilte en medium rare og en medium til min kone tjeneren fik vist byttet om på vores bestillinger men grundet dårlig kommunikation mellem dem gik mange ting galt. Mere om det senere, kødet var ok, bage kartofel istedet for Pomfritter tja ville nok have foretrukket sidste, grøntsagerne var ok.
Dessert bananasplit ok ingen bemærkninger, måske mulighed for at bytte desserten ud med en kop kaffe?
Service blev mødt af en meget introvert ung dame som intet kunne sige men gav os fakter om hvor vi kunne sidde, så kom en mandlig tjener og tog imod vores bestillinger på meget rustent engelsk, det gik også galt med vores hovedretter og kødet min var medium rare og min kone medium, men når man ikke kan kommunikere med kunderne så er det altså også svært.
Dermed konklusion ros til kokken for smagen men ris til samme kok for præsentation af nachos kig på nettet hvordan det kan gøres attraktivt.
Skift jeres tjenere ud med uddannede tjenere som enten kan flydende engelsk eller dansk. Lær dem om mersalg og fleksibilitet under bestillingen, vi er ikke krævede kunder og smiler altid til personalet men man bliver lidt træt når de bare gemmer sig bag ved kassen for at spise og tør ikke snakke med kunderne (pigen specielt d. 10.05.25 kl 18.30-19.30)
Jeg ville gerne komme igen men personalets velkomst når man afventer bord placering ville være altafgørende om jeg takkede nej tak eller ej.
Så meget potentiale men synd jeres folk ikke er oplærte inden for restaurant eller...
