Puls Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

EDIT: I have been going twice monthly since they opened, and love the brunch. We visited this week and they charged 25kr for TAP WATER!!!!! I reached out to the manager to enquire if that’s normal (as I get water ever visit and have never been charged). There has been no reply. Unfortunately, today was our last visit, as we will take our custom elsewhere that doesn’t charge for tap water when you’re ordering full meals and other drinks.

Incredible service, great decor, delicious food. I’m a kiwi - and we know how to do brunch 😉 - however, I’m impressed with the food here.

The only disappointing item was the chocolate milkshake. It was TINY (picture attached w standard sized fork for reference), and 55kr. Wouldn’t order again, and highly recommend that PULS sort out the value for price with it.

I am a world traveller and I was in MANY restaurants, bars and stuff. But the PULS in here in Copenhagen is phenomenal.

I got the best croissant I‘ve ever had (yes, I was in France for a couple of times), the avocado was super good, same for the salmon, the pancakes, the chicken wings and the drinks.

The music gave me a perfect mood, same for the light.

I got my food served from Simona. A sympathic and super friendly young woman who made my experience in PULS perfect.

I even got more bread without paying more money and for all of the I paid 145 danish krones. That‘s VERY cheap for Copenhagen standards.

Highly recommanded for everyone who wants to make a special food experience. (Also good for first dates 😉)

When looking for a restaurant near by our hotel suggested Puls. When looking at the pictures and menu beforehand all seemed to suit us well. While walking in, there was no greeting or information of seating. We grabbed the menus and sat down, to which the staff (lady dark long hair) said “do you have a reservation”, though the restaurant was at half capacity. Orders were taken, service was cold and unwelcoming. Nothing was offered for our toddler- not even a baby chair solution.
