Cyprus — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. I was there with my kids (who had food from elsewhere) and asked if it was okay for them to sit with me – staff said yes. They kept pressuring for me to order a drink and I told them I’ll order after I finish eating, while trying to take my baby to the baby lounge to change her, they ran after me demanding I pay immediately because ‘the boss would be angry,’ and so I did even though I clearly said I’d be back. When I returned, my drink was gone, the table was cleared, and they had even thrown away my kids’ drinks and, when I asked why my drink was thrown away, the staff just acted clueless, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming – especially to parents with kids. Bad behavior from staff and asked for dinner buffet price at lunch time I went there with a family at Cyprus fields and there was a short guy with glasses behaved rudely and showing over smartness.We reached there at 15:30 and he said if you finish by 16:00 you will be charged lunch buffet price if not then you will be charged dinner price. Hence please finish by 16:00. How can you ask your customer to finish at your convenience. Is this hue you treat your customers ?????? When we said we are leaving he badly said “Good day” Everybody knows that when you sit at the table the time is recorded for the lunch or dinner buffet price but that short guy was in some other mood. We felt insulted Cyprus fields if you continue to treat or try to rob your customers like this… .. you may have to shut down the restaurant soon… please give some manners to that short guy…. We will never visit...

The food I had at this restaurant was some of the best and most affordable food I've had in Europe. There was amazing variety and all dishes were delicious. On the day I went there, their offering included about 3 or 4 salmon dishes, you can tell they invest on the best ingredients. All this for the equivalent of 10 euros is crazy cheap compared to Central European prices. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted by a young man who was very polite. But when I returned to pay and I couldn't find any servers around, I approached the bar to pay. The woman at the bar initially ignored me, but then finally greeted me by angrily asking "What do you want?". This is the only reason I am giving the service 4 stars, as she was extremely rude.
