Dispensary, Whisk(e)y And Beer — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

The Dispensary is a cosy bar with a wide selection of whiskies from all over the world. They also have a large beer selection. In addition to the top, main bar area, there's another event space with pinball and arcade machines downstairs.

They advertise their beer and whiskey pairings, but after trying a couple of these, I found them to be more novelty than anything. I could see what they were going for, but it seems the only beers they could select to stand up to the whiskies are sours.

In any case, they have an excellent selection of whiskies and an excellent selection of beers... I just recommend enjoying...

Fine selection of a wide range of beer by the tap. A few tables outside which is nice in the summer. A bit, for me, to quite bartenders that didn't really made me feel a warm welcome. Interior is somewhat fine with nice materials, but in general seemed a bit to "new" and didn't really ad to a cousy feeling, which I expect a place like that to have. I must say a liked the beers I had, and prices was alright, not cheap and not expensive. Seemed like mostly tourists where there the night a came by.. I hope the best for Dispensary, but ill give them a little more time to mature before...

This place has a great selection of sour beers and pilsners. The variety on tap is impressive, with a mix of well-balanced flavors and unique brews. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, happy to recommend based on preferences. Prices are reasonable for the quality and selection.
