Stefanos Pizzabar — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Had a pizza at their place a month ago it wasn't very good and expensive too - too much dough which wasn't baked thoroughly and the toppings generally bland - the place and the area was overly noisy and the staff seemed stressed out and didn't react when addressed. They seem to lack any kind of basic training and skills with people, math or logic thinking - all this made ordering and dining there a bad experience. Had one of their sandwiches delivered recently which was very disappointing too - again too much bread compared to the fillings and the bread was rubbery like it wasn't baked properly. Drinks were not what was ordered and were warm. The venue profile them selves as some organic specialist craftsmen but their products doesn't reflect anything close to this "Hipster image" they try to show off. They are not even Italians. Never again. No Thanks. Waste of money. Plenty of better options...

The crust was nice and crunchy but disappointed by the toppings. The chicken tasted like last week and they should mention that their bacon is turkey and not pork. It was weird that the first thing the server said was that they have another location 12 minutes away when there was an empty table right there. It was almost like she couldn't be bothered, not a smile no nothing and mind you it was 12 in the day. I could understand if it was late in the day and you are tired from a long shift. The atmosphere was the worst part. Besides the fact that I was some wanna be rap trap crap music the volume is way high and you have to raise your voice over the table. Imagine the whole room doing that. And yes, I was also in the Østerbro location and had a more pleasant experience and that's why I decided to try this location but never...

Stefano's is not just a pizza joint. It is a local fastfood institution. It started as the place to just make the simple things right at a fair price, and slowly garnered a huge local support. Since its inception this place has continued to evolve with its community and helped really put nørrebro on the map for more then just cheap kebab and lunch pizzas with pineapple. They have a nice place next door for brunch but this review is just for the fastfood part. The service currently is really good! You should honestly compare the quality with a cheap restaurant and not the average pizzaria here. I dare you to walk by, the amosphere and surfaces speak for themselves. Edit: i have one critique. Real burgers dont have thousand island or Aioli on them. Ive only had this once, i hope its not...
