أسوأ خدمة عملاء علي الاطلاق

أنا قمت بطلب مكواة من موقع بي تك يوم 11 نوفمبر 2018 و حتي اليوم 24 فبراير 2019 لم استلمها، و ذللك بغض النظر عن 5 زيارات لفرعهم بالأقصر، و علي الأقل 7 مكالمات و شكاوا للفرع الرئيسي

وكمان لما بتروح الفرع بتاعهم تحس إنك في مؤسسة حكومية، موظفين قاعديين ما بيعملوش حاجة ، و طوابير من الناس مستنيين خدمة ولا حياة لما تنادي

كمان بعد ما وقفت في طابور لمدة نص ساعة اتقال لي إني محتاج اقففي طابور تاني علشان ده الديسك الغلط ، ولما اشتكيت للفرع الرئيسي فضلوا يوعدوني إن فيه موظف حيكلمني علشان ياخد شكوتي و طبعا ما كلمنيش، ولا المكوة وصلت.

أنا اشتريتها المكوة ذاتها من سوق دوت كم ، و خدمتهم فوق ال ممتازة

نصيحة أبعد عن بي تك إلا إذا كنت بتحب الصداع و المعاملة السيئة

أنا عملت طلب تآني لمحضر طعام و قالوا لي إنه سيتم الدليفري يوم 20 أبريل 2019 ما بين 9 صباحا و 5 مساء ، و محدش جه و لا اتصل، بعد مااتصلتبيهم قالوا لي السيستم مش شغال، كلمنا بكرة ، تآني يوم وصل محضر الطعام ،بس طلبو منى إني استلمه من شركة الشحن بدل من توصيله للبيت زى ما وعدوا، ، قلت له ديا المرة التانية بتلطعوني فيها و محدش بيعبرني و لحد النهاردة مستلمتش المكوة من 17 نوفمبر 2018 ، و دي آخر فرصة اديها لهم.
