One of the most beautiful and magnifecent town halls not only in the Baltic States but also in the whole world (seriously). Built in a Neoclassical and baroque style, it is well-preserved over time. It is impossible to miss it out during your stay in Tartu and I would say it is worth visiting the town hall during the ooen days. Очень красивое здание, как и сама площадь, в которую оно обрамлено. Особенно понравилось в Тарту - именно что старый город "живой", а не чисто туристический, как в Таллине.

А еще посчастливилось совершенно случайно оказаться около ратуши в 18:00 и послушать красивейшую длинную колокольную мелодию самого большого и старого карильона Эстонии!

Кому интересно, вот инфа с сайта Тарту - Карильон звучит ежедневно в 9.01, 12.01, 15.01, 18.01 и 21.01. С башни звучат произведения как эстонских, так и всемирно известных композиторов. В знаменательные даты с башни звучит...
